These are the most common questions we receive about our Tuya-compatible smart home systems, including shipping, setup, returns, and installation.

When will my smart home order ship?
Orders dispatch from our Lisbon facility starting mid-April. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your item ships.

Where do you ship your smart home devices?
We currently ship EU-wide. If you're outside the EU and interested in ordering a Habinexa smart device, feel free to reach out — we may be able to help.

Do I need a subscription to use Tuya smart home products?
No. Our devices work with the free Tuya Smart or Smart Life apps — no monthly fees or subscriptions required.

Is installation easy for first-time users?
Yes — our products are designed for DIY installation. Everything is included in the box, and most systems take just 20–30 minutes to set up. No technical experience needed.

Can I return my Habinexa order?
Yes — we accept returns on unused smart home devices within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. See our Returns Policy for more.

Are your smart devices compatible with Irish homes?
Absolutely. All Habinexa products are fully compatible with Irish home standards and include a UK/IE 3-pin plug or adapter.

Is shipping really free in Ireland?
Yes — we offer free tracked delivery in Ireland. No customs, no surprise checkout fees.

How long does delivery take across Ireland and the EU?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.

Do I need a smart hub for these smart home devices?
No hub needed. Our devices connect directly via the Tuya app.

What’s your return policy for smart tech?
You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition with original packaging. Just email info@habinexa.com to get started.

Can I install these devices myself?
Yes — Habinexa products are designed for easy self-installation. If you need help, just contact us.
