• Q: Can I use this intercom with Google or Alexa?

  Yes! This system is fully compatible with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. You can link the Tuya Smart app to your preferred voice assistant and control key features by voice or through smart displays.
  
  

• Q: Can I use this with an iPhone or Apple HomeKit?

  Yes – with the Tuya Smart app.
  You can control the device using the Tuya Smart app on iOS, but it is not compatible with Apple HomeKit. Apple users still get full functionality through the Tuya app.
  
  

• Q: Do I need a subscription?

  No. There are no monthly fees to use the intercom, app, or features. Everything works straight out of the box via the Tuya Smart app.

• When will my order ship?
  Orders dispatch from Lisbon starting mid-April. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
• Where do you ship?
  We currently ship EU-wide. If you're based elsewhere, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
• Do I need a subscription for the app?
  Nope. Our doorbell systems work with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app — both are free to download and use.
• Is installation difficult?
  Not at all. Each unit comes with everything you need. Setup typically takes 20–30 minutes and no advanced tools are needed.
• Can I return my order?
